Shipping is Discreet
All product is shipped in plain, secure wrapper, with no clue to the content.
Product Return
Our 30 day guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, simply return them within 35 days of your original order date. You must return all product; used or unused including any empty bottles.
On multiple bottles, only one opened bottle will be eligible for refund. Opening more than one bottle implies satisfaction and no refund will be applied.
Products offered with Free Shipping will be credited less $7.00.
When returning product, do not use a courier method. Ship by US Mail with a delivery receipt attached. No credit will be issued if product is "lost in the mail".
The return address is below and also on the label. We will issue a full refund, less shipping/handling charges, for the product being returned. We are unable to process any refunds received after the 35 day period.
Refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of our receipt of the returned product(s).
Cancellation of a shipped Order
In the event of the cancellation of an already shipped order a 25% service/restocking fee will be deducted from the credit issued. Shipping/handling charges are also deducted.
International - Customs, Duty
It is impossible for JAG Enterprises International Inc. to know every countries customs and allowable product policies.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is allowable for importation into their country. Any order confiscated in customs is the responsibility of the customer and no refunds will be issued.
It is the responsibility of the customer to know their countries policies on importing products. If a product is returned to JAG Enterprises (unopened and undamaged) by customs, we will refund the cost of the product but not the cost of the shipping/handling. There is an additional 20% service/restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all importation fees, duties, and taxes. If a customer refuses to take delivery of an order and the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product but not the cost of shipping/handling. There is also a 20% service/restocking fee. The product must be unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
JAG Enterprises reserves the right not to ship into a particular country due to custom laws and regulations.
International Shipping
Global Priority Mail is the least expensive form of international shipping; however, it is the least reliable. Delivery of the package is not guaranteed. The package is not insured and there are no tracking numbers. There is no refund if the package is not delivered (lost in the mail).
We recommend that a package be shipped by Global Express Mail. Your package is insured and delivery of the package is guaranteed. The cost to upgrade shipping of your package to Global Express Mail is $25.00.
